We back the word “professional” with college education and/or national certification. We are continuing to help our staff increase their knowledge by sending employees to seminars and certifications. That is why we are proud to introduce our staff to all members and potential members so that you can be assured of receiving qualified help, undivided personal attention and a friendly hello with each visit to the club. Please be assured that all staff members are certified in CPR.

Personal Training

If you are serious about achieving your fitness goals, a Personal Trainer is the way to go.

One Session:

A single hour session will provide you with a clear understanding of how your personal goals can be achieved.

Personal Training Packages:

Meeting several times with a trainer will take you beyond the single session objectives. The trainer will work with you and introduce you to the personalized exercise program that has been designed for you. The trainer will offer continued motivation and specialized one-on-one instruction to insure proper form and technique to maximize your workout to its optimal potential.

Odyssey Strength and Conditioning is a training system that will help you improve your quality of life, regardless of age or ability. Our focus is on teaching you to move more efficiently, without pain, and to prepare you for any challenges in life. We do this by integrating the fundamental components of gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning.

Gymnastics

We use the fundamental principles of gymnastics to teach you to control your body through your greatest ranges of motion. This leads to increases in strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, and accuracy.

Weightlifting

We use weightlifting to teach you how to control and safely move external objects. This creates increases in your strength, power, speed, flexibility, and coordination.

Metabolic Conditioning

We use metabolic conditioning to increase your cardiovascular endurance and stamina. This will allow you to perform any given task in life more efficiently and safely.
While many of the workouts are challenging and we will encourage you to expand your comfort zone, we firmly believe in quality of movement over more movement. That means that we will always help guide you to achieving better movements which will keep you safer, make you stronger, and live better.

Small Group Training

Small group training offers the benefits of personal training with the excitement of being in a group setting. Sessions are limited to 10 participants or less so it offers a personalized exercise experience with hands on coaching.

Sign up is required and will be available beginning one week in advance. Cancellation Policy: Members are required to cancel within 8 hours of the session. If you fail to cancel or show up, you will forfeit that session.
A new category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
A weight training program that incorporates resistance to improve balance, core strength, power, flexibility and endurance through movement patterns related to everyday life and sport.
Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot camp combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.
Strength Edition
This class builds strength based on the foundations of human movement. Participants will learn to dymanically activate the major muscles involved in specific movements before strength is increased in that movement. Class will finish with a metabolic conditioning circuit to further increase strength and burn fat.
