From Springfield (approx. 10 min drive)
Take Route 57 for 5 miles to Route 187 North (also known as North Westfield St.) Turn right onto Rt. 187 North. Go through two sets of lights. Fitness first is about 500 feet on the right hand side.

From Westfield (approx. 5-10 min drive)
Take Route 20 to Route 187. Follow Rt. 187 for 5 miles and Fitness first will be on your left hand side.

From West Springfield (approx. 10 min drive)
Cross the railroad tracks over Bridge St., take a right onto Springfield St., and right onto North St. then left onto Rt. 187. Fitness first is 1/4 mile on the left.
