Personal Training Packages: Meeting several times with a trainer will take you beyond the single session objectives. The trainer will work with you and introduce you to the personalized exercise program that has been designed for you. The trainer will offer continued motivation and specialized one-on-one instruction to insure proper form and technique to maximize your workout to its optimal potential.
Small Group Training
Small group training offers the benefits of personal training with the excitement of being in a group setting. Sessions are limited to 10 participants or less so it offers a personalized exercise experience with hands on coaching.

Cancellation Policy: Members are required to cancel within 8 hours of the session. If you fail to cancel or show up, you will forfeit that session.

Small Group Training Classes
A new category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages one's own bodyweight and gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
A weight training program that incorporates resistance to improve balance, core strength, power, flexibility and endurance through movement patterns related to everyday life and sport.
Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot camp combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.
Boot Camp: Strength Edition
This class builds strength based on the foundations of human movement. Participants will learn to dymanically activate the major muscles involved in specific movements before strength is increased in that movement. Class will finish with a metabolic conditioning circuit to further increase strength and burn fat.
