** Classes must be paid in full at time of registration **

Consent Form needs to be filled out in person

Refund and Make-up Policy: There are no refunds for a missed class. You may however make up a missed class (due to medical reasons only), maximum 2 per session. Make-ups must be made within the current session and must be approved by the Program Director. If a make-up is not available, we will be glad to offer a special Family Swim guest pass that you may use on any weekend in the session.

If you are unsure of your child's swim ability, please call the club to make an appointment for a skills test

Private Swim:
Private swim lessons are available for Adults and Children.

Please speak with the Program Director for more information and cost.

Cancellation Policy: When Agawam Schools are closed due to inclement weather, there will NOT be any classes that day. If afternoon classes are canceled Fitness First staff will contact you. If Agawam Schools have a delayed opening, there will be classes.

General Pool Information
 Lane Policy: One lane will be kept open for lap swimming, except during Adult Aqua classes.Swimmers may share a lap lane if needed. Lap swimming outside of lap lane is not permitted during children's class time.

  Cleaning: The pool is closed for cleaning on Tuesdays 12pm - 1pm & Fridays 1pm - 2pm
