Cardio Conditioning:

BODYCOMBAT is a simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class that’s fully optioned to cater to all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises for building strength.

BODYCOMBAT is an empowering, energetic cardio workout inspired by martial arts. This class draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. The driving music and powerful instructor help strike, punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYSTEP is an All Systems Go STEP workout. Compelling cardio fitness that shapes and tones the legs, improves co-ordination, bone density, posture and agility. BODYSTEP adds fun and athletic movements to the mix with huge amounts of personality, driving music and great training principles. BODYSTEP is suitable for anyone who wants an energetic and exciting results-oriented workout.

Kick, Strike & Strength: This is an intermediate to advanced cardio class inspired by sports training, innovative fitness practices and martial arts techniques. This high-energy workout incorporates punching, kicking, footwork, punch mitts, coreboards, jump ropes, and heavy bags, which provide optimal physical conditioning. Continuous movement throughout class improves speed, agility, power, and strength. A basic knowledge of kickboxing is recommended. Saturday’s class is 90 minutes long and incorporates abdominal and lower body strength training.

CXWORX
Thirty minutes of Les Mills CXWORX is all you’ll need to give your core a challenging workout that features a mix of isolation exercises (like crunches or leg extensions) that target specific muscles and integrated moves that use two or more muscle groups together.

ZUMBA fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves with Latin flavor in this dynamic workout. The routine features interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Meditation,
Relaxation & Stretch:

Yoga: A choreographed sequence of postures that flow into one another, building strength, unwinding tight joints, and loosening muscles.

Chair Yoga: A one hour class designed to build strength and increase flexibility by doing yoga postures with the aid of a chair. Participants may use the chair to help with balance or remain seated in it throughout the class.

BODYFLOW is a Group Exercise program that will Change the Way You Feel About Your Body forever. BODYFLOW combines traditional Eastern disciplines like yoga with dynamic exercise like Pilates. BODYFLOW is an opportunity to get to know your body better and work out some of the kinks and stresses from everyday life and exercise. EVERY BODY deserves BODYFLOW at least once a week.

 

Strength & Conditioning:

BODYPUMP is The Fastest Way In The Universe To Get In Shape. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability. BODYPUMP is great for "EVERY BODY."

BODYPUMP Clinic is recommended prior to first BODYPUMP class.

BODYPUMP Clinic
An introduction to the proper and safe form and technique of the BODYPUMP class. This class is recommended prior to taking their first BODYPUMP class.

BODYPUMP Clinics are by appointment - sign up at the front desk.

Indoor Cycling:

Spinning
Spinning®
is a free style indoor cycling class where the terrain and the music changes depending on the instructor and the type of ride the instructor has created. Participants are encouraged to spin at their own pace or are often challenged to spin competitively against others.

RPM is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over approximately 15 miles of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Your inspiring team coach will lead you through the hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.

Senior Program:

Silver Sneakers
Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

 

Pool:

Water Fitness: A one-hour low-impact water fitness class that focuses on basic moves and patterns to condition muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase range of motion.

Young at Heart: An aqua class for the mature adult who wishes to remain fit and active. Special consideration is given to arthritic joints and structural limitations
